61.6 The Ministers emphasized that in such instances where the Security Council has not fulfilled its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security, the General Assembly should take appropriate measures in accordance with the Charter to address the issue.
61-6 وأكّد الوزراء على أنه في الحالات التي لا يكون مجلس الأمن قد قامبمسؤوليته الأساسية بحفظ السلام والأمن الدوليين، يتعيّن على الجمعية العامة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللأزمة، استناداً للميثاق، من أجل تسوية القضية.
